She was born in Provo, Utah on November 5, 1933, to Alfred Davis Loveless and Martha LaFay Parker and was married to the love of her life, Ronald James Macckley, on September 9, 1953 in the Manti Temple.

Her deepest desire was to reunite with her lover, Ron, who preceded her in death on their birthday, September 9, 1995. The foundation of their marriage was based on their love for God, service to others and their devotion to the country. . Jeanne was literally without cunning and was an indulgent soul. She was full of life and the essence of a “good heart”. In her early years, Jeanne was the extraordinary event planner, widely known for her expert culinary skills. Although we will miss her, we joyfully celebrate Joan’s tender reunion with her dearest Ron and look forward to the day when we will all be together again through the Atonement of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
